Payments

You must, during the checkout process/payment process, pay the prices of the products you order. All payments must be made in USD.

Payments may be made by any of the permitted methods specified on our website, social media platforms or as specified in information supplied by us for sales through enquiry or commission, from time to time.

If you fail to pay to us any amount due under these terms and conditions in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, then we may withhold the products ordered and/or by written notice to you at any time cancel the contract of sale for the products.

If you make an unjustified credit card, debit card or other charge-back then you will be liable to pay us, within 7 days following the date of our written request:
(a) an amount equal to the amount of the charge-back;
(b) all third party expenses incurred by us in relation to the charge-back (including charges made by our or your bank or payment processor or card issuer);
(c) an administration fee of USD 25.00; and
(d) all our reasonable costs, losses and expenses incurred in recovering the amounts.
Shipping
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, or extenuating circumstances). We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout/payment process.
After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping and Delivery Rates and Estimates
US DOMESTIC ORDERS
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At the moment, we only ship within the Continental US.
Unfortunately, we are unable to support international shipping at this time. If you have a specific inquiry, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you're outside of the services region, we recommend checking back later for potential shipping updates!
We will use reasonable endeavors to deliver your products on or before the date for delivery set out in the order confirmation or, if no date is set out in the order confirmation, within 21 days following the date of the order confirmation; however, we do not guarantee delivery by this date.
We do guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 14 days following the later of receipt of payment and the date of the order confirmation.
Please note that delivery estimates are just that—estimates. They are not guaranteed due to potential delays beyond our control, such as postal service interruptions or carrier issues.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Damages, Lost or Stolen Packages, and Other Issues
We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returns
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide high-quality art pieces that meet your expectations. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
At Art@80, every piece is created and handled with care. Because artwork is personal, original, and often one-of-a-kind, we’ve crafted a return policy that protects both the collector and the creator.
Refund Eligibility
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., if you change your mind about a purchase after placing the order). Please ensure you are confident in your decision before completing your purchase.
Color & Image Accuracy
Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screen compared to how they appear in person. This is due to variations in monitor settings, lighting conditions, and individual display characteristics. While we do our best to accurately represent the colors and details of our artworks, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will exactly match the artwork when received.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order) with photographic evidence of the damage. We will be happy to offer a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged item, depending on availability and the severity of the issue. Any eligible original art piece is not eligible for replacement.
Return Process
1. Contact Us:
Notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order by phone at 623.341.7887 or by emailing us at naseem@artat80.com with your order number and photos of the defect or damage.
2. Evaluation:
We will review the information provided and may request additional details to assess the defect or damage.
3. Return Authorization:
If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
4. Shipping:
Return the item using the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Replacement or Refund:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will either process the replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
If you qualify for a refund based on the conditions above, please reach out to us via email at naseem@artat80.com to initiate the return process. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days once the returned item is received.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom commissions are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once production begins. We’ll work closely with you during the concept phase to ensure satisfaction before finalizing the piece.
Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery also fall within the category of non-refundable items.
Return Shipping (If a return is approved)
If a return is approved:
You are responsible for securely packaging the item and covering return shipping costs.
Returned items must be in their original condition.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:
The request is made after the 7-day window.
The item has been altered, damaged after delivery, or used improperly.
The return is based on subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., style, color tone, artistic interpretation).

Quality and Product Care
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ARTWORK?
To keep your piece looking its best:

Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Keep away from moisture and humidity.

Frame with UV-protective glass if possible.

Handle with clean hands or gloves to avoid smudges or oils.
CAN I CLEAN MY ARTWORK?
Yes, but gently:

Framed prints: Wipe the glass with a soft microfiber cloth.

Canvas: Dust lightly with a dry, soft brush. Avoid water or cleaning solutions.

Unframed prints: Handle minimally and store flat in a protective sleeve.
WILL COLORS LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME AS ON MY SCREEN?
Not always. Variations in screen calibration and lighting can cause slight differences. Rest assured, the physical piece is crafted to look stunning in person.
